70s florals

I kind of love these tops at Forever 21, which are just $16.90 apiece. So tempted to get them because I love the vintage-y feel. They totally look like something worn on The Virgin Suicides (not that I've seen it). The thing is, I don't think I know how to wear tops like this! Argh. Style challenged. Do they go with high waisted skirts, shorts and jeans? Need to find 70s inspiration shots ...
