They say that's a tube top on the left there, but I say it's a dress. Hey, that's the only upside of being barely 5 feet tall; us munchkins appropriate tops into dresses. Another upside is being able to wear tiny skirts without coming off too hoochie. Or so I like to think. I love how Forever 21 have stylish yet affordable clothes. It's a life saver for us who do not have trust funds. Haha
