I adore this dress by Oscar de la Renta at Net-a-porter. The "necklaces" are actually sewn on to the dress so they're perfectly placed all the time. I think it's so clever! Might have to DIY this on some tired old shift dress in my closet since the $3,290 pricetag is a little bit out of my budget—I wouldn't pay that for rent, let alone a dress!
